This power pack is designed to be recharged by the solar panel.
Solar panels need full sunlight to properly generate their rated output. SO if you can not provide adequate daily full sunlight on this power pack it will not be able to recharge the built in battery each day especially under high picture load camera sets. if you mount this in filtered light through the trees it's probably not going to be able to fully recharge each day.
