WARNING! If you are planning on using this panel to charge a battery powering a trail camera you will need a voltage regulator between the battery and camera. These are not tiny feeder or box store panels. In full sun with a full battery they will cause the voltage to the camera to exceed 7v. Your 6v (Spartan or Covert) camera will not survive. All my complete solar boxes include a voltage regulator for this reason.
This Panel goes great with the Spartan Battery Box when using a 6v battery

These are not the same type panels you find from the outdoor product manufactures at the local big box store in the feeder section. Those panels range from 150mw to 250mw and are no where large enough to maintain wireless trailcam external batteries. I have been testing one of these panels with a 6v 12ah SLA battery and a Spartan GoCam operating in Real-Time mode overlooking a feeder for the most battery draw you should see and the results after 3 months is a fully charged battery. Generally solar panels of 5w or less do not require a solar charge controller. I solder in an efficient Schottky blocking diode to prevent battery discharge during low or now sun conditions. At this time the price does not include a cable. There is a junction box located on the back of the panel for the wire connections and I recommend soldering the connection for the best application.
Complete panel and box setups are available.
