Warranty and Returns:
Most Camera Manufactures require warranty issues to be handled directly with them and not the retailer. If you are having trouble getting results from the manufacture and you purchased your device through us then please contact us so we can assist. One method is to cc us in the email chain with the manufacture. Our email is mike@herd360.com
Due to the deep discounts we offer on most products and especially cameras we operate on a low margin. The following policy applies to returns.
Defective or DOA Return policy is 30 days from date of purchase for refunds or replacement for like or equal value or cost of goods. The returned product must be unused and in like new condition in its original packaging. 15 day return for anything else and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Anything outside the 30 days must be handled through the manufacture's warranty. If it is one of our products please contact me directly otherwise follow the warranty policies of the manufacture. Herd 360 Solar Power Packs carry a 1yr replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects from the original purchase date. Please contact me either by email or phone to start the warranty process.
Canada Warranty
- Because of excessive shipping cost to and from Canada the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as duties to and from Canada for any warranty or returns.
Herd 360 Brand Lithium Battery Warranty
- The warranty period is 5 years from the date of shipment. 2yrs 100% replacement excluding return shipping. 3-5yrs 40% of original purchase price excluding shipping. Herd 360 guarantees to give replacement if battery defects have been proven due to the manufacturing process instead of the customer abuse or misuse.
- Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
2.1 Failure to use, store, or maintain the batteries in accordance with the product specifications, resulting in battery failure or damage;
2.2 Damage caused by force majeure. 2.3. Please use the battery according to the following precautions: -
3.1 Please use a dedicated charger;
3.2 Do not impact, hit, or drop the battery;
3.3 Do not immerse the battery in water;
3.4 Do not use or place the battery near a fire or heat source such as a heater;
3.5 Do not connect the positive and negative poles in reverse;
3.6 Do not connect the battery directly to a power outlet;
3.7 Do not throw the battery into a fire or heat the battery, and do not bend the battery;
3.8 Please tighten the battery terminals firmly and use wires of appropriate specifications, otherwise it will cause the battery to overheat and damage;
3.9 Do not use conductive objects to touch the positive and negative poles at the same time to short-circuit the battery;
3.10 Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects in the same packaging box;
3.11 Do not directly weld the battery or pierce the battery with nails or other sharp objects. 4. Battery storage and maintenance
Battery storage environment: temperature 77±5°C, humidity 65±20%.
If stored for a long time, it is recommended to discharge and charge the battery every three months. Otherwise, it may affect the battery life.
