Tactacam Reveal Armored Solar Cable

Hello Gordon. I looked up your order. The cables you ordered are Tactacam brand cables to fit their solar pack. We (Herd 360) have cables that fit our solar packs as well as many others and we also sell products made by other brands specifically for their products. Being that there are many brands on the market today and non are standardized you definitely should read the product descriptions on the website so you are certain to order the correct product because it plainly states it is for use with the Reveal Solar Panel only. I don't feel a 1 star review is fair since your complaint is that Tactacam didn't make a cable to fit a Herd 360 panel. I will include a link here for you to order the correct cable and you can send those back in new conditon for a refund. An email or phone call before jumping to a review would have been great so we could take care of you.
