Hi Marlene, I checked on the tracking and it shows it finally delivered on the 13th at 12:56pm in a mailbox. I also verified we shipped it per the method you selected at checkout. It was shipped on the same day the order was placed using USPS priority as this was the method selected. Unfortunately we see the most delays with the post office. While we often encounter delays with UPS too, the post office seems to be worse, especially more remote locations.
